Aaron Bergman is a successful attorney both inside and outside of the courtroom, and regularly represents clients in many different branches of the law, including discrimination, wrongful termination, real property disputes, personal injury, products liability, wrongful death, malpractice, and many others.
Over the years, Aaron has recovered millions of dollars for his clients, including a recent jury verdict of $1.2 million for two children in Idaho. Aaron’s background
“I have represented the innocent and helpless, the injured and maimed, the disabled, the fired employee, the struggling mother or father in a divorce, new home owner, the contractor, the corporate giant, the convicted felon, and many, many others. I do not care how society or anyone else has branded you. If my knowledge and experience can help get you through this life better off than you were before, then I will. It is why I became an attorney, and it gives me great joy.”
While Aaron’s background is diverse, his practice has a special emphasis in helping those who have been severely injured, physically, emotionally, or as is often the case, both. Unlike many attorneys, Aaron also has experience in special education law and the discrimination disabled students often face in the public school system.
A Partner and with Bearnson & Caldwell since 2011, Aaron is admitted to practice in both Utah and Idaho, appearing regularly before courts at the state and federal levels, as well as before various state, county, and municipal administrative bodies.
