Aaron K Bergman, a Partner, is an excellent Logan, Utah and Southern Idaho lawyer with significant experience in the legal disciplines of personal injury, negligence, discrimination, special education and disabled student rights.

Legal Practice Summary

Mr. Bergman is experienced in personal injury, medical malpractice, discrimination law, and in protecting the rights of disabled students and their parents. Recently, a jury returned a verdict of $1.2 million for Mr. Bergman’s clients, the children of two families who suffered blatant violations of the ADA, the Rehabilitation Act, negligence, and child abuse at the hands of an Idaho public school district. Mr. Bergman is also experienced in and has successfully litigated many high-level construction defect, landlord-tenant, consumer, and wrongful termination cases, and has appeared in numerous administrative agency actions.  

Recent appearances include throughout Utah and Idaho trial courts, the United States District for the States of Utah and Idaho, Courts of Appeal for both Utah and Idaho, as well as various other administrative agencies.
