Aubri joined Bearnson & Caldwell, LLC in 2019 as an associate attorney practicing both civil and criminal litigation, including family and domestic law, personal injury, contract disputes, employment disputes, and criminal matters. Aubri particularly enjoys assisting clients with high conflict custody cases, estate planning, and estate disputes. Prior to practicing at Bearnson & Caldwell, Aubri was a law clerk at Heritage Law Offices in Orem, Utah, and interned with the 4thDistrict Office of Guardian ad Litem in Utah County. These experiences provided Aubri with valuable, life-changing insight into important issues affecting families and communities.
Aubri graduated summa cum laude from Utah State University in 2014, earning a dual B.S. in Law and Constitutional Studies and Psychology.
After two years working as a Certified Medical Assistant at the Intermountain Healthcare Budge Clinic, Aubri moved to Provo, Utah to begin her legal education. In 2019, Aubri earned her Juris Doctor from Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark Law School. In addition to her legal coursework, Aubri was selected as a Clark Scholar, and as chair of the Conference Committee, organized and implemented procedures for law students to attend legal conferences at various locations nationwide. Aubri also developed oral advocacy skills by participating on BYU Law’s Trial Advocacy Team. Upon graduation, Aubri and her family moved home to Cache Valley. Aubri was then admitted to the Utah State Bar and the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah.
Aubri is a Cache Valley native and can’t imagine calling anywhere else home. She lives in Nibley, Utah with her husband and three small children. Aubri loves playing lacrosse, hiking, and going on long runs. When not feeling so energetic or when Cache Valley winters hit, she also loves sitting down to play piano, listen to crime podcasts, eat ice cream, or spend time with her husband and kids.
