Office Manager & Paralegal
Brittni Nielsen serves as the Office Manager and a Paralegal at Bearnson & Caldwell. Born and raised in Cache Valley, Brittni has always had a love for the outdoors and a passion for exploring new places. She initially studied Animal, Dairy, and Veterinary Sciences at Utah State University before discovering her interest in the legal field. She went on to earn her Associate of Science degree in Paralegal Studies from Eagle Gate College in 2013 and is currently completing her Bachelor of Science at Utah State University, focusing on technology and law.

Since joining Bearnson & Caldwell in 2016, Brittni has become an integral part of the firm, providing dedicated support to both attorneys and clients. Her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and genuine care for clients make her a valuable member of the team. In addition to her management and paralegal work, Brittni is a licensed realtor in the State of Utah and assists the firm with Real Estate and Property Rights cases.

Outside of work, Brittni enjoys spending time with her husband of over 15 years and their three amazing children. A true outdoor enthusiast, she can often be found hiking, horseback riding, gardening, hunting, snowmobiling, or embarking on her next adventure in the mountains. Brittni is also an avid animal and plant lover and shares her home with over sixty house plants, two German Shepherds, and three cats. In addition, she and her family run a hobby farm with horses and livestock.
